Thank you for booking your discovery call. It’s a quick twenty minutes — a first introduction, not a full planning session. Your time is confirmed and a calendar invite is on its way.

What to expect: We’ll learn about the retreat you’re building and who it’s for, answer your most pressing questions, and figure out together whether ChoZen is the right home for it. If it is, we’ll set up a longer working session to get into dates, accommodations, and a custom package.

• Come as you are: No prep needed. A rough window and an approximate group size are plenty.
• Bring your top questions: Accommodations, culinary programs, the land, what’s included — we’d rather answer two well than rush through ten.
• We’ll take it from there: After the call we’ll follow up with next steps and anything you asked us to look into.
