What to expect: We’ll learn what you’re planning for your group, answer your most pressing questions, and figure out together whether ChoZen is the right fit. If it is, we’ll set up a longer working session to get into dates, capacity, and a proposal.

• Come as you are: No prep needed. A rough window and an approximate headcount are plenty.
• Bring your top questions: Lodging, dining, capacity, exclusive use — we’d rather answer two well than rush through ten.
• We’ll take it from there: After the call we’ll follow up with next steps and anything you asked us to look into.
